Ingredients

  • coconut milk, 1 cup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, ground
  • 1 fluid ounce brewed espresso


Directions

Combine coconut milk, vanilla extract, stevia sweetener, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm, about 5 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from heat. Blend until frothy using an immersion blender.

To serve, pour espresso into a mug. Top off with frothed milk mixture.

Pour the milk into a steamer pot and heat to 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F (65 to 70 degrees C) using a steam wand. Pour the flavored syrup into a large coffee mug. Prepare the espresso, then pour it into the cup. Pour the skimmed milk into the glass, use a spoon to catch the foam. Spoon mousse on top.
